I spent my undergraduate years studying international politics and all things Russian, but written English emerged as a real specialty by the time I joined the working world.
Early on, I was managing editor for a small book publisher while I earned a graduate degree in English. Later, I wrote a daily report on impacts to energy infrastructure and crude oil production worldwide.
Today, I write and edit print and digital marketing campaigns, videos, websites, technical documents, and other content for clients in health, energy efficiency, transportation, environmental, and other fields. Much of my work involves finding clear, accessible ways to communicate complex ideas.
Outside of work, I love books, movies, art and art history, food, and crafting with my nieces and nephews.
